Thanks!

~On the bus to downtown~

We wish we could share all of the many things that we encounter on a daily basis and the relationships we have built, but it is tricky over the Internet. We do want to say thanks for all of you who think about us and encourage us throughout the week. We feel like we have so much help and many people behind us. It shows when we see things happen with a purpose and it is all out of our control. We are excited about what has happened here the first two months. Relationships are being built and getting to a deeper level. We came here with expectations and for the most part they have been met. There have been some new opportunities that have opened the door to things we did not even dream of.

We also want to say thanks for all many thoughts that have gone out for our family. We have asked a few to have Alleyah on their minds as she struggles to find this new home a happy place. This last week things have gone much better for her and we have seen a sad one turn into a joyful little girl again. We have decided to help her adjust and enter her into an international school with other little children with the same experiences as her. We are not sure on the days and times, but we know she is very excited to play with other “English speaking” kids.
Morgan and I have felt pretty good with life on a daily bases. It took a few weeks to figure things out, but once you do it wrong the first time, then you know. We have learned allot and have fewer “now we know” moments. I don’t know what I would do without skype, and I am so thankful I can talk with family and friends. I hang up the call and just have a big smile every time. We are all very excited about my Mom coming for her first visit and seeing our world first hand. We cannot wait to introduce her to people and show her places. I am sure she will share about her trip and updates on what is happing here. We also have some close friends who worked with us in Pismo, Ca. who are traveling here the end of November. It is such a great and settling feeling to be the ones hosting family and friends in this land and not visiting the land needing a host!
Please keep thinking about us throughout the week. Language is our top need along with more opportunities and relationships. Financially we are fine with daily needs, yet monthly have needs to be met.
Thanks again for keeping up with the Joneses!
